When it comes to commercial property remodeling, Ross Brothers sets the bar high. We use a nine step process that takes care of everything from initial design to final clean-up. Our goal is to create a stress free environment for the property owners and managers that we work with. We know that time is money, so we have provided a basic step-by-step guide that will provide you with an idea of what to expect:

On-Location Consultation

During our initial consultation we will talk and, more importantly, listen to you to get a good understanding of what you're project will involve. We take measurements, photos and will make design suggestions. IF drawings or plans are required, we will schedule a time for you to meet with our Architect.
Bid Presentation

If no architectural drawings are required, we will create an initial design and 3 D renderings using our state-of-the-art design software. Based on the initial design we will provide you with a bid including an accurate price range for the cost of the project.
Permits And Plans

As soon as the contract is signed, we finalize the design for your approval and begin the process of securing permits by submitting all of the necessary plans and paper work to the city and county. We will also schedule a meeting with our Senior Designer to assist you with your choices for materials, fixtures, paint, etc. for your commercial project.

The demolition phase includes the removal of old materials, obsolete furniture, flooring and anything else that needs to go. If any walls are being moved, it will be done during this phase. In most cases it will be necessary to have a container(s) on site for the storage of trash until the project is complete.
Framing And Infrastructure

This is essentially the "infrastructure" phase. At this point we will pre-wire for and/or install new lighting fixtures, run any required electrical or low voltage wiring and complete any in-wall plumbing. Once that is finished we can install flooring, walls and drywall.
Sheetrock And Flooring

By the time that we reach this phase, your office buildout or other commercial project will really be taking shape. Installing any “built-ins” requires precision and craftsmanship, and this is where the Ross Brothers difference will become obvious. We will make sure that everything is laser-measured and leveled so that it looks perfect.
Interior Finishing

During this phase we install your moldings, plumbing fixtures, flooring and trim. When all of that is complete, we are ready to paint.
Punch Out and Cleanup

In this final phase we touch up finishes, install new lighting fixtures and switches, and provide you with a thorough cleanup.
