COMMERCIAL – OUR PROCESS
When it comes to commercial property remodeling, Ross Brothers sets the bar high. We use a nine step process that takes care of everything from initial design to final clean-up. Our goal is to create a stress free environment for the property owners and managers that we work with. We know that time is money, so we have provided a basic step-by-step guide that will provide you with an idea of what to expect:

On-Location Consultation
During our initial consultation we will talk and, more importantly, listen to you to get a good understanding of what you’re project will involve. We take measurements, photos and will make design suggestions. IF drawings or plans are required, we will schedule a time for you to meet with our Architect.
Permits And Plans
As soon as the contract is signed, we finalize the design for your approval and begin the process of securing permits by submitting all of the necessary plans and paper work to the city and county. If association approvals are required, we will work with you to obtain those as well. We will also schedule a meeting with our Senior Designer to assist you with picking out materials, fixtures, paint, etc.
Demolition
The demolition phase includes the removal of old materials, obsolete furniture, flooring and anything else that needs to go. If any walls are being moved, it will be done during this phase. In most cases it will be necessary to have a container(s) on site for the storage of trash until the project is complete.
Sheetrock And Flooring
By the time that we reach this phase, your office buildout or other commercial project will really be taking shape. Installing any “built-ins” requires precision and craftsmanship, and this is where the Ross Brothers difference will become obvious. We will make sure that everything is laser-measured and leveled so that it looks perfect.
